Selmac Magazine respects the intellectual property rights of others. We expect all users and contributors to our platform to do the same. This DMCA Policy outlines our procedures for addressing alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
We are committed to protecting the rights of copyright holders. Selmac Magazine will respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement. We will take appropriate action as required by the DMCA and other applicable intellectual property laws.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on Selmac Magazine in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may send a written DMCA Takedown Notice to our Designated Agent. Your notice must include substantially the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notification Process
If you believe that material you posted on Selmac Magazine was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to file a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must be a written communication sent to our Designated Agent and include substantially the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location where the material appeared before its removal or disabling.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district where your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Selmac Magazine may be found. You must also state that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person.

Repeat Infringer Policy
Selmac Magazine maintains a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We reserve the right to remove content, disable accounts, or restrict access for users found to have repeatedly infringed the intellectual property rights of others. This policy ensures a fair environment for all creators and readers of Selmac Magazine.
